Olga Pang Stein

Olga Pang Stein is a global executive coach who divides her time between Germany and the United States. Olga’s coaching approach reflects more than twenty years of professional experience in international business and finance. Combined with her knowledge of cross-cultural communication, Olga has a deep understanding of the complex interrelations of multicultural teams. She supports them by honing their leadership skills through the development of the team players’ and team leaders’ perspectives.

Olga has coached team leaders and managers at various levels, including C-level executives, as well as multicultural teams within organizations such as Deutsche Telekom, Bankgeselschaft Berlin, the World Bank Group, the Organization of American States and T.H.I.S. (an organization that provides services to the diplomats accredited in Washington, DC). As a coach, Olga creates a safe space for the personal discovery and building awareness for her clients. She is an empathic, supportive, challenging and direct coach, who holds the interests of her clients’ goals as a guiding light. She strives to bring out a leader in every person she is working with. A true leader starts with leading oneself, evolving then into leading the organization.

Olga’s international business experience comes from living and working in Asia, Europe and the United States. She worked at the International Monetary Fund, as well as for Creditanstalt International Advisers. Before that, she was a chief negotiator for a logistical company with operations in the countries of the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe.

Olga holds a BA in Economics and Cultural Anthropology from the Leningrad State University (Russia) and an MBA in International Business and Finance from the George Washington University (USA). She is a Certified Professional Coach with the International Coach Academy (ICF-ACTP). To keep her high professional standards, Olga regularly attends trainings in order to remain abreast with the developments in her field. She is certified in the use of the following assessments: Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator Step I and Step II, Benchmarks®, Executive Dimensions®, 360 BY DESIGN® and Prospector®.

Olga is fluent in English, Russian and German. She also is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and SIETAR and is a regular speaker at the professional meetings of the above organizations.
